The MSc programme can be completed over a minimum of one year of study and a maximum of three years.180 credits are needed to complete the programme.

To complete in one year, select ML5850 plus 60 credits from CS5901, CS5922, CS5939, CS5944, CS5959 and 30 credits from ML5851-ML5853, and either ML5899 or ML5898.

To complete in more than one year, credits should be scheduled reasonably evenly across the time available. ML5850 should be selected in the first year of study. ML5899 or ML5898 should be selected in the final year.

Students with no prior experience of coding should select CS5901 and CS5922. These should be selected in the first year of study.
